ALBANY—David Paterson admitted to the occasional Coke or Pepsi, but explained his rationale for including an "obesity tax" in the set of budget proposals to be unveiled tomorrow.
"I actually drank them all the time, and I'm not above having one now here and there, but I've converted mostly to water and juices for myself in the last two years," Paterson said.
