- The immodest L.A. mansion belonging to divorcee Suzanne Saperstein is on the market for $125 million, tying for second-biggest American real estate pricetag. The shack, which was "modeled on Versailles," has 45,000 square feet, a nine-car garage, and (best of all) the title Fleur de Lys. [WSJ]
- The silliest building on the Lower East Side may be getting a very silly companion [above]. At least the project is called Delancey Tower, instead of Blue or Pink. [Curbed]
- Bring the kids! The Architectural League of New York is putting on a multimedia extravaganza (in which DVDs show 30 architects chatting about New York's future.) Fun! [Architectural Record]
