Bloomberg Picks Lieber As Doctoroff Successor

Mayor Bloomberg has picked Robert Lieber, president of the city's Economic Development Corporation, to succeed Daniel Doctoroff as Deputy Mayor for Economic Development.

The Observer sat down with Mr. Lieber in November.
