Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie to 'Crap Out' Before Collecting 10 Children
Brad Pitt sat down last night with Charlie Rose. Wearing a flannel newsboy-style cap, the actor gabbed about everything from his fortunate lifestyle to his various charity projects. But when the topic of conversation landed on the four children Mr. Pitt, 44, rears with Angelina Jolie, 32, things turned slightly bizarre.
Mr. Rose asked the Burn After Reading star how many children he and Ms. Jolie plan to raise, and the actor said: “I think we'll crap out somewhere between seven and nine.” (No, that is not a typo; Mr. Pitt said crap out.) “Are you serious?” Mr. Rose survived to ask, before his interviewee reasserted: “Yeah, somewhere in there, we'll crap out.”
Yikes... Mr. Pitt is not the "sharpest knife in the drawer", as the saying goes. The whole thing with him and Jolie is quite bizarre.....
I am mom to 15 - a fw by birth and the rest adopted, and I had a shiyloh by birth long before Ms. joile did... three cheers to a man willing to step up tot plate and take on a large and diverse family! When I adopted as a single mom my boss swore I would never find a normal guy in my life...THANK GOD he was right - I found a GREAT guy who views my life as a blessing and "our" kids as a chance to give a child a chacne to LIVE when so many people are only concerned with their own selfish needs.
Brad is being honest and he is right on...it is hard to raise and give to a house full of kids - crap out - lay terms for wear out...so he isnt trying to impress anyone or worried about what words roll off his tongue - it also means he is being honest - yes a sexy welathy man is being open and honest along with giving of himself rather than taking more from this life.
its easy to sound like an english professor if your trying to bull those around you...thanks Brad for being honest and for doing something forthright with your life.
It must suck to be a kid at the grown-up's table, where conversations just go W-A-Y past your head -- except that in this case, we're all adults here!
Before insinuating someone's comment is "bizarre", or calling someone "not the sharpest knife in the drawer", perhaps you ought to google the expression "crap out" when you simply do not understand it.
"To crap out" -
- Slang - to fail, withdraw, give up, etc. because of exhaustion, cowardice, etc.
- Meaning to break down or stop working
- To fail to keep a commitment or promise: crapped out on me when I needed him.
- To fail to function properly: The old TV crapped out again.
It is terribly sad that we think people are "strange" or "bizarre" when it is us who are not at a level to comprehend what they are saying, or doing.
I believe his devotion as a father is extra ordinary. I wish there are more person like him in this world who shares not only their fortune but really goes out to help the less unfortunate. God bless him and his partner Angelina. May their union last.

Wow, should any of the comments here come from uneducated, envious, not very smart people- I mean just in case, you never know :)- Who did not get Brad Pitt's comment: "Jolie and Pitt will stop having kids at between 7 or nine", I suggest to such people that they'd find out about "The Law of Attraction": (Loise L Hay, Abrams Hicks,). They would realize that resenting other human beings for their success will keep them exactly where THEY are which obviously has to be unsatisfactory. How these two live their life is weird to you? How much have you done for children. Amazing.
How wonderful that JOLIE-PITTS are adopting and sharing the focus on orphans around the world who need a loving home. I say BRAVO!
Raising a kid is already hard, how much more for 7 to 9 kids. I salute Brad and Angelina, they're the best couple. Your'e my favorites.
Down deep, Brad is a true born gentleman. He knows he has been very fortunate and is giving back to society by way of contributing money, time, effort and love. A very compassionate man he is! He shares a deep bond with Angelina as they are so willing to give and share with others less fortunate. Bravo, Brad! May your family enjoy eternal bliss!
I cannot imagine anyone taking the term "crap out" literally. I had to re-read the snippet to figure out what the problem even was. I, like most people, of course understood the term "crap out" to mean simply to tire out, to get exhausted. I admire this couple tremendously--not often you see actual soul-mates getting together, let alone ones who then go on to try to save the world. God bless the entire clan (plus any future additions!).

THE TRUTH is: the "crap out" expression is not THE problem.
THE problem with Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie, their adopted children and common-biological daughter: the iniatiative is very probably Angelina's and this is a way of securing the HOLLYWOOD MARRIAGE. Hoping to make it last through this. Like her humanitarian drive. Trying whether honestly or not, to justify herself or justify something. Just like those ordinary women in the old days getting pregnant when the man is sort of soft-hearted. The problem is: Brad Pitt is not only soft-HEARTED, his is a "soft" type in many ways.
I really admire Angelina and Brad Pitt for being such good samaritans,who will do something like this just to secure the HOLLYWOOD MARRIAGE? I have four children myself and it's not easy to be a mother of four can you imagine having 7 or 9 that will "crap me out" too!By the way, when Angelina met Brad she was already adopted 2 children so Brad came along and decided to support her with these.I think one of the reason why Brad left the other wife is because she was not ready for kids and he is. That's what Angelina and Brad have something in common , they love children and they both like to help and do things to change people lives for the better.
