Clinton Campaign: Giuliani Attacks are "Negative" and "Baseless"

Hillary Clinton campaign spokesman Blake Zeff writes in with the following response to Rudy Giuliani's verbal and artistic attacks today on Clinton's floating of an idea to offer national baby bonds, a proposal that the campaign and Clinton have since played down.

"It's not a surprise that the first person to launch a negative ad in this campaign is now making baseless attacks," he said.
