Columbia Inches Forward, Page by Page

Columbia University’s final scope of work for its Manhattanville expansion just came out (PDF), which means that they are at about step two of a seven- or eight-step approval process. The actual environmental impact statement, which will come in draft and final flavors, will be several times as long.
