Herein, CBS's 30-page motion to dismiss argument in "Dan Rather vs. CBS Coporation, Viacom Inc., Leslie Moonves, Sumner Redstone, and Andrew Heyward." CBS filed the motion to dismiss today in New York Supreme Court.
