Felton's Invitation from Republicans

The acting superintendent of the state police, Preston Felton, is among the law enforcement officials invited to speak to the state Senate’s Investigation Committee to discuss how the agency handled Freedom of Information Law requests, which is at the center of the Troopergate scandal.

Also invited to speak before the Republican-led committee on September 24 in Albany are Felton’s predecessors, Wayne Bennett, James McMahon and Thomas Constantine.
