Fortune.com has a new web site.

Looks sleeker, whiter, cleaner. But you can't help but notice that it bears a strikingly close resemblance to this web site.

I think you've been smoking a little too much crack at the office. The only similarities I can see is the color (both use a similar black/dark grey). I think if you study both in comparison to their print publications you'll see that both of them follow the creative set forth by the print. I mean... you could say that both Portfolio and Fortune look strikingly close to the NYO.

They do not look alike. However, if one thinks so -- there is clearly no comparison as to who the content/brand leader is. In that respect, who is knocking off who?
