Giuliani Ad: New York is "America's Most Liberal City"

Rudy Giuliani’s latest ad, “Challenges,” claims Giuliani gave New York "the most successful conservative turnaround in 50 years" while he was mayor.

It also calls New York “America’s most liberal city,” which, coming from him, is not intended as a compliment.

It's also kind of dubious. Has he been to San Francisco or Portland recently?
