Rudy Giuliani just named Rudy Washington as the New York City chairman of his campaign.
The announcement comes as Giuliani defends comments he made claiming to have spent more time at Ground Zero than most rescue workers, and saying he feels like "one of them."
Washington, who was a deputy mayor under Giuliani, now suffers from respiratory illnesses related to the time he spent at Ground Zero.
