Judith Speaks

Here is Judith Giuliani speaking at a fund-raiser for the Laniado Hospital in Netanya, Israel.

The event took place on Sunday and the picture was sent over by the Giuliani campaign, showing not only that is she not a distraction to her husband's presidential ambitions (as some recent stories may have suggested) but that she is a useful authority on medical issues a draw in her own right. Or at least, that's the idea.

I was there Sunday and Mrs. G came with her security detail, including a pleasant woman named Pamela. However, her speech was so political (even though this was NOT such an event) and made about 7 mentions to "9/11" that many people left during the speech because they felt this wasn't the proper forum for that type of discussion.

As for the useful authority on medical issues, well, I didn't hear much to really form an opinion one way or another.

Must say, though, Mrs. G seems to be a nice enough person.

She doesn't seem genuine. The constant fake smile starts to hurt after awhile. And why does she constantly have to remind people she "is not a political person...only wants to look after Rudy". PLEASE!
