Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter is hosting a reception tomorrow at 1 p.m. at the 21 Club for Pennsylvania legislators. Later in the evening, according to my source, there will a ball at the Waldorf Astoria, hosted by Governor Ed Rendell.
It’s all part of an annual event for the Pennsylvania Society, which began about 100 years ago in the spirit of “uniting all Pennsylvanians at home and away from home," according to their web site.
