The site of St. Vincent’s midtown hospital on West 51st Street, formerly St. Clare’s Hospital, has closed for $84.7 million, according to public records.
The Observer reported on the deal earlier this month, and buyer Tessler Development Company told us they intend to keep the hospital structure, renovate its interior, and put in place apartments or dormitory housing.
