11th-Hour Legal Battle Between Kucinich, NBC

The Nevada Supreme Court has just announced that it will be holding a half-hour hearing, beginning at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time, for the lawyers of Mr. Kucinich and NBC to present oral arguments in the ongoing battle over whether or not Mr. Kucinich will be allowed to participate in tonight's debate on MSNBC.
