Nineteen year-old Arthur Leopold, who said he's the youngest person on Obama's finance committee, says that "people are really excited now.”

The event at the Grand Hyatt, according to Leopold, was planned about a week and a half ago.

His fund-raising email is after the jump.

Here's Leopold’s fund-raising email.

Don't think he's 19 either, but his Facebook says that he hasn't graduated from Duke yet... And what if Obama loses NH Mr. Leopold? Get Obama out of Hill-country!

Anonymous (not verified) says:

Actually, he is 19 considering he was born in 1988.

The voters in Iowa spoke loud and clearly that they want change, reconcilation, and hope and an end to the polarization and lying the Clintons are so famous for. The voters in New Hampshire will need to decide whether they want a candidate like Barack Obama who will bring the nation together to solve the problems we face and has an excellent first lady in his wife Michelle, a woman of intelligence, class, dignity, grace, and dignity, or whether they want to go back to the good old days of the Clintons and Monica, Travelgate, White Water, Vast Right Wing conspiracies, unending lying and polarization. I for one, a lifelong Democrat, choose Barack Obama, and thus choose change, reconciliation and hope.

Having received my conscious awakening call last night, suffice it to say that according to us Mr. Edward is part of the status quo, shall we recall how he voted for the Iraq war!! Distancing himself from the Washington insiders at this a moment(the now is the moment moment) is not only disingenous but dishonest with the people. Allowing Edward to wagon with Obama as a change agent tantamounts to engaging the reverse gear to more of the same. To take the country in the direction it had never been before, we need Obama...
After listening to Obama's victory speech in Iowa(word by word), I couldn't not help it but remember the words of Michelle Obama calling upon black America to wake up. This was my moment to wake up and rally behind Obama as the cadidate who can deliver on his promise. I have was one of the cynics if you will, having spent time in the south, even though I share the same race with Obama, Martin Luther King, X and many of these activist and vehicles of courage and hope, I still was skeptical of the possibility.
Last night after the victory speech I went back to the internet to look for his 2004 dem convention and his Springfield candidacy announcement speeches....these were the deal closers for me. The chrisma and honsety Barack emits is very magnetic. Actually I was very cynical and skeptical in all my First read comments until this past Sunday... I really thought that a nations that would not trust a female with presidency in the 21st century would not possibly trust a minority with the office either.....Boy... was I wrong...Iowa has made history!!

Now, I think the is a dream, the time of nightmare is long gone, this is the America that Bush has delivered, there is always a positive from all negatives....let's grab the torch, this is a progressive revolution, one that we can achive with dignity and discpline vs dispair and violence.
Barack has proven what Dr. King once only spoke of as a dream, the dream that was so deep into the American dream. Now is the moment and as Delano said in 1933, it might not be our generation to enjoy the outcomes of his running, but atleast let's start now. Now is the time, not to sit down like a chump, but to stand up and face our challenges together, to erase the colors that divide us on the map, to be part of the struggle for the greater good, and stop asking what America can do for us, but what we can do to renovate the face of our nation, to solve the problems of this century as the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA without hypocrisy and not understanding the REAL meaning of the word UNITED.....

Let's honor LBJ and the other fouding fathers'efforts and struggles with dignity and pride!....Go Obama!! We don't have to choose between liberty and death or ballot and bullet...all we need is to stand up for the future together as a nation.....NOW IS THE MOMENT!

My first day as a regional field director for Dennis Kucinich's Dover Office, I went to the University of New Hampshire. While every other candidate had students at students desks, Obama had Hedge Fund managers.

I wish the Congressman knew about that before he made his endorsement. They also had a homemade sign that said "Wall Street Bearish for Obama."

I found out their profession after a quick conversation with them. I guess donating money isn't enough these days...
