Baron Eric de Rothschild, New Village Co-Op Owner, On Sweet, Sweet Wine

In Manhattan Transfers this week, I wrote about Baron Eric de Rothschild's new $1.15 million penthouse on West 12th Street, which he basically bought for his wife. She apparently wanted a place to paint in New York--though the couple probably doesn't come all that often, considering that the Baron is in charge of some serious family vineyards at Château Lafite Rothschild.
