A reader sent in from Midtown of the mobile billboard that is pushing Michael Bloomberg’s presidential campaign.

According to Spin Cycle, the non-campaign is being strategically kept alive by timely stories that pique interest every time the window on Bloomberg '08 seems to be closing.
