Like, Cool! Brooklyn Restaurant Week Starts

Over 175 restaurants will be offering three-course, prix fix meals for $23 dollars this week during Brooklyn’s fifth annual Restaurant Week. “Dine in Brooklyn” is not quite the bargain of its Manhattan counterpart since most of the restaurants will already seem cheap to foodies used to dining on the pricier side of the river; but it’s a good incentive to trek across the bridge and even treat yourself to a taxi with the money saved on dinner.

The New York Times singled out some stand out restaurants in Caroll Gardens that are participating; and some of the other highlights include Alchemy and Blue Ribbon in Park Slope, the River Café in DUMBO, and Ici in Fort Greene. Here's a complete list of the restaurants that are participating.
