Council Budget Negotiations May Be Postponed

Here’s City Councilman Tony Avella, after hearing from lobbyists on the City Hall steps that the Council's budget negotiation meeting, which was tentatively set for Sunday, may not be taking place.

“My colleagues don’t tell me anything,” he said, only half joking.
