Lou Dobbs Does a Bulworth Routine For Floyd Abrams
Earlier today, Space.com founder and noted (illegal) alien-phobe Lou Dobbs sat down with Constitutional scholar Floyd Abrams in front of an audience of journalists and immigration advocates as part of Columbia Journalism School’s “First Amendment Breakfast Series.”
Viewers of Mr. Dobb’s CNN show, Lou Dobbs Tonight, would not have been surprised by his populist-tinged tirades against the Chamber of Commerce, the Business Roundtable, Big Media, the National Council of La Raza, and the political leadership of both the Republican and Democratic parties.
But he may have caught some members of the audience by surprise when he passionately argued against the celebration of Columbus Day.
“Columbus wasn’t even the one who got here first, it should be Norwegian Day,” said Mr. Dobbs.
In an act of even greater provocation, Mr. Dobbs – whose wife is Mexican-American – announced his support for increasing interracial marriage, “at a huge velocity,” so as to remedy the fact that Americans are “focusing too much on our differences.” (Paging Senator Bulworth!)
In actual news, he is “not interested in being a Presidential candidate,” he told Mr. Abrams. Electoral politics are, he said, “not in my nature.”
But then! “I am only a candidate of last resort.”
Why is it that when Lou Dobbs points out the refusal of this government to enforce immigration laws and points out the destruction of this country because of this mass invasion, he's cast in the light of being a hysterical racist. We see Latino groups representing the open border policy treated with kid gloves and actually given credibility to their preposterous demands.
This government and elected representatives have turned their backs on Americans. Americans need to take back this government and get back to law and order--not "let the illegal immigrants" decide which laws they choose to obey.
The media has tried to spin illegal invasion as being good for the country and are as guilty for the quickening destruction of the American culture as the politicians. A lot more Americans are waking up to what's going on than ever before and trying to shut everybody up like you do Lou Dobbs just isn't going to work anymore.
Lou Dobbs is not a good person. Sorry to say. He would not feel very good if he woke up tomorrow,his last name Gutierez, he was very poor, and 200 miles south of the border and had a family of hungry kids staring at him for support. And no he did not have money, nor would he ever have enough, to even apply for a US Visa or get a decent education. So sure, you may say well the US should not have to bother about another countries poor, heck they give enough to poor countries in aid. Right, but now poor Lou Gutierez is never going to see a pennie of all that aid, so WHAT IS HE TO DO? Make his way to the US and face the scrutiny of some right wing nut job on cnn who wants him gone.... not such a fun feeling.

Lou is just reporting the problems about our border. What is it about ILLEGAL that people don't understand?? Actually, I'm all for giving California and its 55 blue electoral votes back to Mexico. Wouldn't it be great to see the bleeding hearts deal with the federales? Ha ha.
Lou Dobbs is pretty full of himself, isn't her? Just like politicians, only Dobbs is more open about it.
Maybe if poor Gutierez and his wife did'nt continue having children they can't afford the situation would be so dire....you know, it's called being responsible. Why the hell should the maxed out taxpayers bail out poor Gutierez because he was thinking with the wrong head. Boo freakin' hoo. Got news for ya junior, Dobbs is'nt the only one who wants poor Gutierez gone.
