Hillary Clinton criticized both John McCain and Barack Obama this morning in a speech to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the beginning of the war in Iraq.

In this interview, CNN's John King tells McCain that Clinton said in the speech that she would begin withdrawing troops from Iraq within 60 days of becoming president.

McCain responds, “She obviously does not understand or appreciate the progress that’s been made on the ground. She told General Petraeus when he testified last year that you’d have to suspend disbelief in order to believe the surge is working. Well, the surge is working.

"I just think that what that means is, al Qaeda wins.”
