More Obama-Patrick Video

Earlier today, Jake Tapper noted that there was another instance when Barack Obama used words that Deval Patrick previously said:

Patrick in June 2006, at the Massachusetts Democratic party convention: "I am not asking anybody to take a chance on me. I am asking you to take a chance on your own aspirations."

Obama one year later, as quoted in USA Today: "I am not asking anyone to take a chance on me. I am asking you to take a chance on your own aspirations."

Here are clips of the quotes in question, brought to our attention by an interested party:

Tapper also notes that there was an instance, about a month later, when Obama used this line and did credit Patrick.

The Clinton are playing a DANGEROUS GAME THAT WILL BACKFIRE on them! That camp should carefully evaluate themselves before the pandora box open against them! Can't wait.. hahahah

When I think of how many times Hillary Rodham Clinton, who is not linguistically gifted and has no EQ (emotional quotient) whatsoever -- lifts the themes, language, "voice" and words of Messrs. Obama and her own husband -- I am speechless about her incredible NERVE. Once again, prima donnas are so accustomed to sychophants in their bubbles of privilege -- they don't think anyone sees or will dare call them on their outrageous conduct and co-opting of anything/everything belonging to others. WE ARE NOT YOUR SYCHOPHANTS, HILL. The empress has no clothes. Turn the page!

There's more? How many other speeches are out there which were given by this gifted orator? Somehow, his delivery does not seem so original anymore. Is that because it is not? Perhaps, Deval could take his place and run for President. He appears to be the candidate pulling us all together.
