Hillary Clinton did not lose Harlem to Barack Obama, which was supposed to be one of his best districts.

According to the city Board of Elections, here are how Clinton and Obama delegates did:

For Clinton:
Keith Wright: 35,399
Inez Dickens: 36,696
Adriano Espaillat: 37,064
Melissa Mark Viverito: 34,468
Miguel Martinez: 37,400

For Obama:
Bill Perkins: 32,925
Michael Washington: 30,151
Michelle Washington: 29,517
Mark Levin: 29,622
Michelle Cruz: 30,009
Dolores Dau: 27,971

Kevin Wardally, a Harlem operative supporting Clinton emailed to say, “Old Harlem lives."

Wardally also said in his email “All other Black congressional districts were lost by 10 points or more.” That's a reference to districts represented by Ed Towns and Yvette Clarke in Brooklyn, and Greg Meeks in Queens.

That is something I haven't been able to confirm yet.
