AP: Karben Arrested for D.U.I.

Ryan Karben, a former Assemblyman from Westchester who helps with fund-raising for Eliot Spitzer, has reportedly been charged with a D.U.I.
From the AP:
Former state Assemblyman Ryan Karben of Rockland County pleaded not guilty Thursday to a charge of driving while intoxicated after his car hit a utility pole in Monsey less than 12 hours earlier.
Ramapo Police say Karben, 33, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday by officers responding to a report of a utility pole down on Brick Church Road.
