Paterson Pushes Hard for Property Tax-Cap

Here is David Paterson standing firm on his plan to cap property taxes in an interview he taped recently for WHMT's New York Now.

The tax cap has drawn strong opposition from the teachers union, and the usually affable and mild-mannered Paterson has been a bit more forceful on this issue. (Although it's nothing compared to Eliot Spitzer.)

The show airs Friday and Sunday.
