Clinton Cancellation Leaves Rally Organizers Scrambling

Hillary Clinton canceled her appearance at a rally in New York City next week after learning from reporters that Sarah Palin is also scheduled to also attend. The event, organized by a number of Jewish organizations, is aimed at criticizing the Iranian government.
Clinton’s decision leaving organizers scrambling. Michael Miller, executive vice president and C.E.O. of the Jewish Community Relations Council declined to speak with me about the now Clinton-less event, and said I should get my hands on another one of his emails for an update.
Ezra Friedlander, an Orthodox Jew and C.E.O. of the Brooklyn-based public relations firm The Friedlander Group, was more forthcoming.
“It’s not political, it’s not partisan. It’s moral to attend a rally that is going to bring together Americans, New Yorkers, and candidates running for public office, to express our outrage and to denounce [Mahmoud] Ahmadinejad and the regime in Tehran,” Friedlander told me.
He added, “If you’re concerned about the world getting blown up by a rogue terrorist nation, this is a rally to attend."

Sounds like something Bush would say.
this is typical of the stupidity of some of these"Big Macher" Jewish organizations who dont tell invitees what to expect and then think that they can throw surprises at them at will. Though Clinton seems to be playing "loyal party person" and following Obama guidelines to avoid being on the same stage with Pailin - and agreeing with her (HEADLINE" Clinton & Pailin AGREE - where is Obama?")
But who the bleep cares what a minor player like Friedlander has to say. He is a Hikind acolyte and tuchas lecher.
No one likes Ahmedinejad or the leadership of Iran but do we need another disruptive demonstration on our streets? We New Yorkers dont want any more unions, Sharpton and sill rallies, political bike rides, stupid Jets, Giants, sports, race cars, etc. events that promote private companies, political causes, give opportunities for Mayor Mike to bloviate, etc.
Keep the streets clear for our cars and pedestrians. It is time that we take our streets back.
I like Friendlander - the hasidic consultant. My question is - how many hasidim will even come to this rally? Probably a handful. So I'm not sure that his views reflect that of the larger Jewish community.
Good for Hillary!! She can protest the same issue(s) at another rally - minus Palin. Everyone knows that Palin is not classy enough, let alone smart enough to appear at the same venue as Hillary. Give me a break...
