Jerry Speyer, whose Tishman Speyer recently had a falling out with the M.T.A. over the West Side rail yards, speaking at the Young Mens'/Womens' Real Estate Association last week, via the Post:

"It's hard to keep to the deals, [but] you'd better not renegotiate and you'd better not twist it around because people have long memories."
