Amtrak CEO Alex Kummant Resigns

Amtrak CEO Alex Kummant has resigned, according to the Associated Press. Mr. Kummant's two-year tenure has been marked by leaps in ridership and revenue.
Here's my sit-down with Mr. Kummant in August. We discussed efforts to improve Amtrak service out of Penn, the passenger rail's work with other transit bodies, and the development plan for Moynihan Station.
