Observer Living Condo Showcase (Philly Included!)

Hundreds turned out, including brokers, on Sunday for the Observer Living Condo Showcase at the Metropolitan Pavilion in Chelsea. They toured and gathered info from dozens of booths explaining different condo developments all over the city and beyond.

We especially enjoyed chatting with the lone rep for the lone Philadelphia development, Two Liberty Place, where Richie Sambora just set a Philly condo sales record. "Everyone's fine until I tell them it's Philly," he said. "And then it's like, 'Good luck!'"
