Architect William Pedersen has designed a 20-square-foot "luxury condo for man's best friend" in the style of the swanky human residences at One Jackson Square, complete with "undulating 'wave-like' topography" and "planted 'green' roof."
The posh pooch hut, presently on display at the One Jackson Square sales center in the West Village, will be auctioned off during the Nov. 18 Top Dog Gala benefit for the Animal Medical Center of New York.
Bidding begins at $15,000.
