Ruben Diaz, Jr. on Taxes, Drug Sentencing

Here is Assemblyman Ruben Diaz, Jr. outside City Hall yesterday afternoon, praising the Working Families Party plan to tax the rich, and agreeing with Russell Simmons on the need to reform the drug sentencing laws in the state.
“We left some work undone there,” he said.
But first, he added, lawmakers have to deal with the budget.
