Spitzer Stuck in Traffic; Congestion Pricing, Anyone?

Might Governor Spitzer’s long march to the state office building this morning help the cause for congestion pricing? Gridlock is slowing Mr. Spitzer’s drive to 41st Street and Third Avenue, reportedly on his way to tender his resignation. Now with his entire agenda up in the air, certainly including the proposal to charge cars as they enter portions of Manhattan, maybe antsy viewers will rise to the cause.
