A KOCH AND A SMILE: The Dow may be grand-jetéing around like Mikhail Barishnikov after a big cappuccino, but the ladies of Park Avenue will not give up their ballet! And so tonight’s American Ballet Theater Fall Season Gala is chaired by Muffie Potter Aston and her plastic surgeon hubby, Sherrell; also the very tall socialite couple Julia and David Koch. Nothing to make you forget your shrunken portfolio like a black-tie dinner at the Pierre, folks.
