RING MY LABELLE: Socialite-songwriter Denise Rich and her two living daughters host a gala to raise money for cancer research in honor of a daughter that died, Gabrielle. Soul sensations Gladys Knight and Patti LaBelle croon to a crowd that includes duchess and Weight Watchers shill Sarah Ferguson, actor Alan Cumming and still-shrinking, still-shrieking “personality” Star Jones—who, like many whining New Yorkers in their 40s, became less annoying by half when she finally got a divorce.
