Ahoy, Sailor! While the Condé Nast assistants strap on their retro bathing suits and hang their “for rent to highest bidder” signs on their beach blankets out on Long Island, those in the know stay in town to salute the brave men of Fleet Week. You have not truly experienced bliss, ladies (and gents!) until you’ve been up close at the Fleet Week “Tug of War” at South Street Seaport. Bring a towel.
