Simcha Felder's Vegetable Conspiracy

Simcha Felder walked into Press Room 4a this afternoon and floated a conspiracy theory about the real reason Christine Quinn is supporting a bill to expand the number of licenses for vendors who sell vegetables: Doing so will disrupt the cash-flow for supermarket magnate John Catsimatids, who, like Quinn, may run for mayor in 2009.

So crazy, it must be true. Or not.
