Waiting for Paterson At City Hall

David Paterson's press event with the mayor just go underway.

Paterson had arrived at City Hall around 2 p.m. and as of a few minutes ago, he was still upstairs with the mayor, presumably talking about things like congestion pricing and the state budget.
