David Paterson's press event with the mayor just go underway.

Paterson had arrived at City Hall around 2 p.m. and as of a few minutes ago, he was still upstairs with the mayor, presumably talking about things like congestion pricing and the state budget.

This looks an awful lot like the picture of the ALBANY press corps waiting for Paterson's presser yesterday. The state flag is one clue. The reporter from an upstate news service is another.
