Young@Heart to Perform at Beacon Theater

Those adorable old people who sing rock and roll classics by The Clash and Nirvana will perform at the Beacon Theater on June 22. Come As You Are, grammy and grampy!
Young@Heart, the chorus group featured in the new documentary, began in 1982 in a center for the elderly in Northampton, Mass., and specializes in reinterpretations of rhythm and blues, rock and punk classics, according to the New York Times. Tickets are available here and can also be purchased at the Beacon Theater, Broadway at 74th Street.
