The Top Commercial Real Estate Deals of Early 2008 and Early 2009

As part of a larger package on the New York office market in these crazy, crazy times, I wrote in this week's print Observer about the biggest commercial deals of 2009 so far. Basically, they're a rather bland lot and clash with the generally hopeful vibe understandably propogated by commercial sales brokers.
