Paterson on Same-Sex Marriage, the Mysterious Physics of Albany

Here’s David Paterson at the press conference where he officially announced his same-sex marriage legislation, saying the normal laws of physics don’t apply in Albany (for example "there is no gravity"). Also, he said, “there doesn’t seem to be anybody who understands even what reform is.”
