Weprin Hits the Web

City Councilman David Weprin, who is running for comptroller, is advertising online.

I caught this one on Huffington Post’s New York page. It’s the first ad like this I've seen from a comptroller candidate.

The ad flashes an image of envelopes with the words “past due” and says, “David Weprin Comptroller can help.”

Later, “Financial Counseling” and “Literacy Programs in English & Spanish” and “Offices in All Five Boroughs.”
