Massa: The Feds Will Help With New York's Budget

Here's Representative-elect Eric Massa, who will be the first Democrat to represent the Southern Tier in Congress for over 20 years, offering some thoughts for David Paterson as the governor tries to balance the state budget. (He suggests, somewhat optimistically, that the federal government will help out by redressing the historic imbalance of New York tax dollars going into Washington and coming back to New York.)
