Monday Morning Bill Signing for Term Limits

Michael Bloomberg will sign into law the term-limits extension bill --which passed the City Council 29 to 22--on Monday morning at 9:30 a.m., according to a Bloomberg spokesman.

It's not the most attention-getting time of the week, but then sometimes, the mayor likes to start early.
