At a rally in Harlem Saturday, Representative Charlie Rangel led the crowd in a call-and-response that went like this:

"Who is going to lead us out of poverty?"
"Barack Obama!"

"Who is going to save the United States of America?"
"Barack Obama!"

"Who is going to save the entire world?"
"Barack Obama!"

No lowering expectations in Harlem.
