Nadya Buffon (not verified) says:

Get a life....making fun of a charity event. Sheesh. My gosh, reporters and lobbyists in bed. OH MY! As anyone who went would know, this show took a lot of work and time. The notion that it was written like in the last week and you could do a whole song and dance on the Brian McLaughlin stuff is just stupid.

Few were spared...much was funny. The Mayor's skit with the Spamalot cast was hysterical. No, I don't work for Bloomberg...didn't even vote for him.

the Patty Harris cameo was a belly laugh.

The "I couldn't go to the Apollo debate. It was a Jewish holiday...Simcha Felder day" was very funny. The 40% margin of error line about Quinnipac Polls was good. David Hyde Pierce's call to the Pope was a rip. The I don't recognize you---that's cause you are on NY 1 was a good laugh.

Get a grip. I am sure a great deal went to chairty. Many of us reached into our pocket to go. How cynical can you get! This was my first and it won't be my last.
And BTW, the Mark Green and Andy Cuomo duet was "Somewhere there's a RACE for us....". Very funny.
