First, Kavanagh is a slick talking, pandering, carpetbagger that has no roots in THAT district. He just moved it because Sylvia is a weak link.

The Times did not bother to contact, or even review, all of the candidates. The lifelong resident of the district that IS running was never contacted by The Times in any way.... that candidate is Juan Pagan.

He raised a lot of money and now he is using it to BRAINWASH the masses. (You might ask, who does he have to payback for all if that money?)
