Spitzer & Co. does what it wants without regard to race, class, or sex. It heavily practices tokenism, so that it does not have to listen. It's ego will not allow it. Somehow it believes that listening might corrupt its larger and loftier goals of what it wants. But, this is inevitably the peoples business and the peoples business requires listening to the people. All of the people. Which requires all of the people to be truely successful. To the point of earlier posts, which sooner or later, Spitzer & Co., and all good government and business leadership that seeks to lead people will learn.
