I'm a lifelong New Yorker, and I was turned off by the puff piece Newsweek did two weeks ago.

With the election just around the corner, they put Harold Ford on their cover, giving him the movie star treatment in a glowing six page story.

His Republican opponent got a measly two-column sidebar.

I can only imagine how turned off Tennessee voters might have been by such an unfair advantage given to a candidate so close to the election.

Live by the sword, die by the sword.
