Sorry, Harriet, but there is no ambiguity there. Azi really does know where the district is, even though he lives in it and covers it.

And if he does know, he should not post items which only insiders could accurately interpet.

And, anyway, the overwhelming majority of the 44th AD is in Flatbush.
